Returns

Overview

We hope you love your Precious Paws purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 60 days of the original purchase date. Please note that all returns must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us to request a return authorization number (RA#).
  2. Once you receive your RA#, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include a copy of the original invoice.
  3. Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address given.

Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
